Skyq box not responding to remote
3 times in last 3 days the sky q box stops responding to the remote. I have to power down and reset then all works again. I would like to talk to customer service

This is probably a daft (and obvious) question, but you have tried using new batteries in your remote haven't you?

Yes - new batteries are in the remote. Only the volume button worked. Unplugged the Q box and then re-started and all was fine for another day.

Try pairing the remote again as described in step 3 here;
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-remote
If that does not work and your remote is still dropping off, you can order a new one, on step 4 select I want help and it will provide a form to order a replacement remote.
Be aware, you can use a virtual remote ( if your remote control temporarily fails) as described in the above article, if you have an iPhone or iPad.
