Skye initial connection booking

An engineer was booked to visit my home on 30 November between 8 am and 1 pm, to connect my order of SkyQ tv.

 

unfortunately no-one turned up. 

I need to book another appointment as soon as possible please. 

I am in Tenerife at the moment and I can not get through to speak with someone, although my connection with sky seems to be working when I am been charged £2.00 each day to use my phone!!!!!
