Hi, I've noticed that my main SkyQ box has started acting erraticly when turning on. Originally I used the SkyQ box in conjunction with an amp but ditched the amp recently opting to plug the box straight in to the TV via a HDMI cable.
Frequently the TV cannot see the SkyQ box despite the power light being on. I have tried different TV's and HDMI cables but the issue persists. The only way to resolve the issue to is pull the power cable out of the Sky box and reset it, the connection is restored immediately and I see the Sky logo.
I read about Eco mode but this can happen at any time of the day and does happen multiple times a day when the TV is in use frequently.
Is there anything else I can try?
