Normal tvs not working in house in other rooms after getting sky dish ?

Got sky fitted & now our normal tvs not working in other rooms what do I do to fix this as they worked before ok?

hi @Morus 

 

SKy Q does not have any RF inputs/outputs unlike SKY +/HD boxes.

 

Engineers tend to just unplug the leads when installing SKY Q

 

May I suggest  you look around where your old box and see if you can join the old lead from your Terrestrial aeriel to a lead going to other rooms - if you had more than one lead going to ther rooms you may need to get an aerial amplifier/splitter

Were the 'normal tvs' Freeview (digital terrestrial through an aerial) or Freesat (via the Sky dish)?

 

The difference is important in this context.
