Skybox on network not found

Every day have to reset sky box several times.

Sky appears not to take responsibility  for this ongoing problem

Quick to take payments

Slow if  ever to fix problems 

Full of excuses  and apologies

And

Nothing changes  ;(

Not good service  !!

Sky Q's wifi is rubbish if not using an old sky router

Use powerlines if you can

or ethernet

or a wifi mesh hardwired to each Q box

And disable wifi on the Q boxes.
