SkyQ

A Sky engineer attended my home on 25th February in order to deal with a problem affecting our Sky Q system. Put briefly, our main television was not showing any programmes via our Sky Q system.
The engineer carried out some checks and concluded that the fault lay with the television, which he advised us to replace with a new one. We had doubts about this as the tv is not an old one.
More importantly, after the engineer left our home we moved the tv to the room where our second tv was located and relinked the tv to the Sky Q system, to find that it was fully working with the Sky Q facility.
So the purpose for calling out a Sky engineer has not led to an understandable resolution of our viewing problem.
Can you please help me?
Thank you,
Terence Lee

Hi @Papaleet

In exactly what way was the TV not working with your main Q box?

Was there any onscreen messages?

Re: SkyQ

There was an error message. It stated that "no signal could be found". But when we relinked using the tv that was attached to a mini box, the SkyQ facility was activated.Hope this helps
