SkyQ touch Control

recently i requested a replacement SkyQQ Touch Remote. Sky sent an email saying the replacement

SkyQ Touch remote was on its way.

It arrived today only it was not the Touch remote as requested and as confirmed by Sky. It was

the standard button remoter control.

not what i requste3d and definitely not what Sky stated there had sent me.

I have tried 5 times to contact sky using the number provided only to end up achieving nothing and

still not getting anywhere in getting the remote i need.

Anyone any ideas how to sort my problem before I get really **bleep** off.

@Bozendorfer

Sky haven't made or dispatched the touch remotes for years. You will have been sent the current latest remote.

Hi @Bozendorfer   Most Sky Q Touch remotes can be found in museums. They were discontinued several years ago and you certainly won't get one from Sky.

There's still one fully operational on the coffee table next to me 😂

@Bozendorfer I suspect that current SKY staff have no idea what you meant by a touch remote as, as the others have said they have not been produced and sent for several years.

If you really want one, your only hope is to look for a second hand one

£99! I'm wrapping mine in cotton wool.
