@Ringwood in order to reduce your Sky TV bill you can call up and enquire about Sky essentials package (£5-£15pm) which will give you all the free to air channels and recording function of the sky Q box.
If you then want Sky Cinema you can try Now Tv via an app on your TV (depending on tv, £10pm often discounted ). Likewise for Netflix, Apple tv+ and YouTube premium subscribe separately and watch via TV apps.
Total should be a lot less than your current bill.
