All of a sudden, Sky Q is regularly losing its connection to the Internet. Stays up for a short while (maybe 10-15 minutes), and then disconnects. If I browse to network settings, it reconnects. This makes reliable use of Sky Q basically impossible. Sky Q reports it is connected to my broadband router, but not connected to the Internet, but in other cases the network connection reports as failed.
Have tried to restart Q (several times) and restarting the router (several times) and both in different sequences.
SkyQ is setup for DHCP on my network. I'm not using Sky Internet, but am on a fast broadband connection from another provider.
Any guidance or support? I'm at my wits end. Ready to throw Sky Q back at them.
