Can not select 001 on settings to sort our hard disc errror

Trying to reset the hard drive but all the information says to select 001 on settings but does not do anything when I am doing this

Press the Home button on your Sky Q remote. Scroll down to Settings.Don't press select. Using the numbers on the remote enter 001 then Select to display the engineer menu.

Hover on settings, hit 0-0-1 then press select.

 

But the hard drive error may be fatal and you'll need to call Sky for a replacement box.

 

Remember to remove your viewing card...
