SkyQ not connecting to plusnet broadband

I've just changed from sky broadband to plusnet fibre and my skyQ box keeps losing connection and my mini boxes wont connect. Any advice? Thanks

Have you done a full network reset on all the boxes?

Yes, a few times.

Minis need to connect direct to the Q if you are not on Sky broadband.

I would try some powerline adapters to be honest.
