SkyQ minibox not working

Broadband and the main SkyQ box are both working fine. All settings on the main box including the mini box are a tick

However settings on the minibox are negative for both connection to the SkyQ box and the network 

I followed the on screen instructions to reboot broadband and have also rebooted both the SkyQ box and the minibox. Everything came back as normal except the minibox which still shows the same message about broadband ERROR:MR102
