SkyQ issue

I've recently upgraded from SkyHD to SkyQ and I'm having no end of problems. I have multi-room, so when I go to use the mini-box in the other room, I always get a message saying  "you can't watch TV at the moment as there is a connection problem". So I've been having to turn off the tv and wait for a while, then turn it back on to enable me to watch tv. Surely this isn't right and it's making be so frustrated. I wish I could revert back to SkyHD (but I know this isn't possible) as SkyQ seems to me to be a complete joke. Grateful for any advice as to how this issue can be rectified?

@Meady1965 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds

switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot your mini box

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
