SkyQ box is connected via ethernet connection. menu's, thumbnails, etc all appear correctly. I can access some of the on demand programmes that appear on the main menu (eg lockerbie) but when I access or search for others, I get pause whilst its trying to find them and then message saying "no programmes of this type are available". Example, searching for "Doctor Who" or "Clint Eastwood" brings up a whole screen of results and thumbnails but most are blank and most if not all give the no programmes available message when selected. I have no problem however accessing these via the various apps through the skyq box - bbc iplayer, prime, etc so i know its not an internet issue.
This started happening late last night, was fine first thing this morning and has now started happening again. Tried the obvious - rebooting skyQ box, reconnecting ethernet cable, resetting network connections, etc. Wondered if anyone else was experiencing similar issue and/or whether its a sky problem or a local issue.
Odd that it worked this morning no problem then has a problem again..

Hi, anyone got any advise/help on this please? I've tried rebooting SkyQ, changing ethernet ports in router, changing ethernet cable, resetting network connection on SkyQ to no avail. Also tried changing from ethernet to wifi but iissue still remains.
Cant see any device drop outs on my broadband router and no issues with any other ethernet or wifi issues around the house so i'm suspecting its an issue at sky's end rather than locally but not sure or confident
