SkyQ failure customer service
I am appalled by the customer service I have received I'm now on day 2 and have to wait until day 3 for a call back. One ticket closed without resolution, now have another ticket raised. You can not find a valid number for customer complaints, it's ridiculous. Raise an on line complaint which is a 10 day SLA, I cannot believe the poor quality of customer service from Skys outsource partner. Meanwhile the customer sits without any service, no doubt I'll be the one calling again tomorrow. Goodness knows how long this is going on for, one more day and I'm going to start cancelling and set up a move for my fibre optic. It's not good enough.
