Ridiculous questions of repeated id

After spending an hour and a half being transferred from i dept to another a nd 7 x requesting my ID just to pay £99 for a replacement box I gave up after being cut off my tel call

Ok, as we're other customers here we cannot arrange a new box for you.  You'll have to call again I'm afraid.

 

(Although you shouldn't be paying for a 'replacement box' unless you are wanting a newer version, e.g. HDR)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
