SkyQ channels

I have skyQ and I thought I would get some sky channels like sky Atlantic, History, crime etc but I only get the freeveiw channels I had before I started paying for skyQ, is this correct?

What subscription do you have - is it SKY Signature or is it Essentials ?

BTW you can check on your SKY Q box

Home - Scroll down to MY Sky & Select - then scroll to & select 'Your Products' (You will need to enter your PIN)
