SkyQ boxes keep failing

I have replaced my SkyQ 2TB box several times over the the last 18 months and they all keep failing, the fan comes on and everything freezes. It has to be unplugged and reset each time but i'm lucky if I get a days viewing out of it. I have my broadband through EE and have now got a box with them but i prefer the sky picture quality. This happens within days of swapping them over. I'm fed up with having to keep replacing the box and lose what I have been able to record. It's not easy trying to talk to someone either. The only option through MySky is a replacement so i keep going round in circles. I've never had any problems with boxes until the last 2 years and I have been with Sky for 30+. 

Has anyone got some idea on why this keeps happening please ?

It's ok, an engineer visited this morning and hopefully has solved the problem.
