SkyQ box
Hi I'm having trouble with a multi room skyQ box I keep loosing the tv picture could you respond asap

You are talking to other customers and not Sky.
was it working previously? Have you tried rebooting all boxes (including the main Q).
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
