SkyQ box broken

Hi, my sky Q box no longer works, I had an error message about the hard drive a while ago and reset the box based on what your website told me to do, it worked for a while but now has completely stopped working making an awful noise also. Please can you send me a replacement box?

This is a customer helps customer based forum. I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services on here.


Using a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number. A lot of mobile networks include 01, 02 and 03 numbers in their inclusive minutes.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t like us typing the digits in full).

Like most large companies any calls to Sky will start off automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to.

Hi @DebbieArmes   This is a Sky customer forum, for hard drive issues, I'd suggest you contact Sky, go to this link.

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and now select the Need More Help dropdown, this will lead to a phone contact.

Ignore the automated messages, just wait for an advisor
