SkyQ and TNT

Until today I have been able to watch different TNT channels in different rooms but now I am being asked to check if my sub entitles me to watch this channel on this box. Why? Is there a tel no I can use to speak to a human? The assisiant doesn't seem to know what I am talking about.

Hi @46Squadron   In that case you need to contact BT, perhaps a free second box subscription (required for watching on Mini boxes) has expired.

Hi @46Squadron   The first question is do you pay Sky or BT/EE for your TNT subscription? If you haven't already done so, I would power reboot all your Sky Q boxes and your broadband router.

Re: SkyQ and TNT

Thank you Mighty Quinn. Bt had their pound of flesh by charging me £6.00 per month for a second box subscription. I don't know why I wasn't being charged before but at least I now have what I want..
