Sky w box just packed up
We were watching the tv through the box and the screen went off saying no signal . Have tried a second tv on the box but it still says no signal

A no signal message is usually connected to your TV whereas a no satellite signal may be a Sky Q box issue.

@Vicky+Emberson You're posting the same info, have you followed any of @Daniel0210 advise?
A No signal is a TV message, no satellite signal is a dish issue. If no signal are you using the correct input on the TV for the Sky Q box?

Check that the HDMI cable is still inserted into both the box & the TV. Also check that the TV is still on the AV/HDMI channel for the box.
