Sky viewing card damaged

My sky card viewing card is not working, on removing it from our Sky Q box I noticed it was damaged, I'm unsure how this has happened as the Sky box never gets moved or anything, I booked an engineer on the sky app but the soonest possible appointment was 31st August, that's almost 2 weeks away, is there anyway I can order a new viewing card to come in the post or speak to someone and arrange one to be posted

Yes, give Sky a call, and they should be able to arrange to send you a replacement.

Yes, give Sky a call, and they should be able to arrange to send you a replacement.
