Sky unobtainable

We recently changed broadband provider. We have a new router.

The sky q in bedroom will not connect. We have programmed in the new password from the new router. Sky q box does not connect. The screen freezes

@Barness If you have changed broadband provider away from Sky(even if tou were never with Sky) your mini box will not connect to your router by wifi it needs to be connected to your main Q box by using the WPS buttons

Previous provider was talk talk. They no longer provide broadband. We were changed to utility warehouse.l

They sent a new router.
