Sky tv

Every time I want to watch sky, I have to turn power off and on again because it is saying no connection. There is no issue with my Wi-Fi. This fault started happening about 4 weeks ago

Hi @Sue237-   Have you reported this to Sky? What time of the day do you switch on, just to rule out the ECO Standby settings.
