Hi, my sky Q tv will not show on screen. I've turned tv and the box on the light is green but screen is blue and says no signal. I've turned tv on and off and taken all wires out and put back in but it's still not working

@Claire+willsHave you done a power off/wait/on the mains to your Q box. Also is your TV switched to the correct HDMI input or you will see no signal on your TV.
