after waiting a week with no telly the engineer finally came out today to be told we can no longer have sky as we can't get a signal at our property anymore and told we were being refunded how long should this take

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JundileighUnless trees or a building has been built in the way so the dish can no longer "see" the satelite I can't see any good reason. Even then it might be possible to move the dish to a place where it can see the satelite.

Hi @Jundileigh I very much doubt that even Sky advisors would know that. I would never take a Sky installer's word for anything and recommend that you check with Sky that they have been informed. Payment and refunds are normally on your regular payment date.
