Sky tv not working
I have rebooted the sky box several times as one watching just continues to freeze yet going to the app this is my Sky TV is good no issues but there were no issues why does it keep freezing and lit wobt let et me turn off with the remote control I literally have to go to the main shut it down reboot it I've done this about eight times it's taking me nearly three hours just to watch a movie that last an hour and 40 minutes

if you need a new box you can get it replaced at the end of that.
don't leave your viewing card in the old one
and make sure you also swap the power cable in case it's a different type.
