Sky tv not working

On my tv it says: 

it looks like you have no internet connection right now. If you're already set up we'll keep trying to connect.

go to Settings and check your network connection status to reset 

 

Tried all that and still will not connect

Hi @Marty13 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
