You have posted in the Sky Go forum. Is this a Sky Go issue or a TV service issue? if not Sky Go then which service do you subscribe to?

I woild go through the box troubleshooter on the sky website. Chances are you'll end up at a replacement box. Keep your viewing card when they do the doorstep swap and make sure you have the right power cord as there are two types.
