Sky tv is not working AGAIN! Please send an engineer out.

Sky tv is not working yet again!! I want an engineer to come out. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY BROADBAND!!! It's sky that's the problem!

@V5mda Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

@V5mda  As Sky Q channels are delivered over satellite broadband would not affect these.
