Sky tv box not working

Hello, my sky tv box isn't working, tv is displaying message saying, 

no channels found

have checked there are no loose connections, and sky box is displaying an orange light and won't turn on.

@Littlerose  Have you tried a reboot of you box by unplugging it for a few minutes??
