Sky subscription changed itself!

Hi all , this evening our subscription seems to have changed it self to basic instead of the all singing and dancing one we have!

no email to say change and looking at previous bill amd next bill should be as it normally is. Can't get hold of sky to ask them .

any one else having this issue ?

First thing we did . Didn’t make a difference. It seems to all becoming back now . Just very strange online our subscription just said basic abs now back to normal. Must have been a sky blip . Thanks for the reply
