Sky start up
When i switch on tv it goes to samaung tv and i have to find sky icon and select to work. I have reset eveything, switched on and it is still no good. Also voice assistant is set to off but still speaks9

That sounds like a setting on the Samsung TV, not the Sky box.

Try this:
- Press the Settings button: on your Samsung remote (the gear icon).
- Navigate to All Settings (or just Settings).
- Go to the General tab.
- Select Privacy & Security or Startup Screen (options vary by model).
- Find the Startup Screen Option or Start Screen Option.
- Disable: the setting for "Start with Smart Hub" or "Auto Smart Hub" and .Auto tvplus.
- Enable: "Autorun Last App" (or "Use Last App") if available.
