Sky sports upgrade not displaying in HD

Hi. I got the sky sports package add on which says it includes all the sky sports channels in HD. We mostly got it because we want to watch the F1. But it will not let us watch any sports in HD. Can someone advise me on how to resolve this problem please because the racing looks quite grainy in SD.

It's not a real-time chat.  The alternative is to call Sky directly.

I understand that, but I messaged at 9.40am this morning so I kind of hoped that I would have gotten some form of a response given the person was being very helpful yesterday during work hours. Thank you for your response though.
