So is mine and I am having constant sound cutting out for a second several times. I have complained about so many issues with Sky recently and I have an ongoing complaint ticket, but all I get from them is it's a known issue and there is currently no fix. It's pathetic
1. lack of downloads being able to do
2. sound bar keeps unpairing and I have to constantly re pair it
3. Black screen when going back to previous channel and I have to restart the machine
4. pixelation issues
Sky have admitted it's their fault as I have had numerous engineers coming out and new boxes. They blamed my broadband in the past but this was proved wrong as I tested it with my provider and they have confirmed with their tests is all working fine with them
