We called today to downgrade our package. The man assured us everything would be the same apart from sky cinema inc paramount plus and sky kids which we would loose . I asked regarding Netflix and he said we'd still have that He has put us on signature but on future bills I cannot see Netflix referenced anywhere ?

Is there anything listed as Ultimate TV? That's what Sky call Netflix when bundled with Signature.
