I got the Netflix package on Sky but when I try to link my Netflix account it comms up with the message already linked and should be able to watch shortly followed by an error code.
Called Sky as Netflix are taking payments still and they said call Netflix.
Called Netflix and they say it's a Sky issue.
At least I can watch Netflix if I sign into my Netflix account but at present I'm getting double charged. Before I cancel the Netflix add on with Sky, does anyone no a solution?

Thanks @Laing1 . Tried all that to no avail. Did the same with the online help on the Netflix website.

@Adehit I have escalated this to sky
You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.
Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
