Sky router

Hi I a have had guy got new digital cable box but haven't got the router from sky??

Do you want to try again to post what your issue is as this doesn't make much sense...

You've posted in the Q forum that is for satellite TV requiring a dish.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@warenford I can only guess you mean you've got a Sky Stream Puck, but no router. They're separate orders. When is your activation date for Sky Broadband?
