Tried the 7,9 button then 1,3 button reset to get on screen instructions to be able to use it for volume control. Nothing on screen and now the remote doesn't work at all. How do I get it back up and running

After the 7 & 9 to reset you must make sure it has lne of sight of the IR receiver on the SKY Q box as it uses IR until you manage to re-pair it
