Sky remote

My sky remote is playing up, only half of the buttons are working. It has been like this for a while now hit and miss, but now it's completely playing up. Can I get a new one, or a free replacement?

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for ROI customers).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.
