Sky remote not working

My sky remotes do not working for my multi room, can you send replacements?

We can't @Lozzi as we are customers. If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for ROI customers).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.

Last week we lost Sky Q TV connection - it took one day to return. Once it did we could only hook up one mini-box at a time (we have 2 in total) . We now have to reconnect the Sky Q to the internet when we want to change the mini-box. 
how can we rectify this so we can hook up to both Sky mini-boxes at the same time? ( as was the case formerly).
