My Sky Q box won’t connect with my broadband. And hasn’t done for 5 days.

My Sky Q box won't connect with my broadband, although I have a good broadband connection. This has happened from time to time previously, but this time it has been offline for 5 days.

Hi @Katie36100 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Unfortunately, there was no further response to our invite in 48 hours so this has been closed now.

Our team will not be available till 21st June where we will resume Community Messaging support.

I have tried to respond. The TV does not connect to our hub, this has been a week now. So a refund will be required. It has happened before usually a few hours then seems to fix itself, this time it's not re connecting at all. This needs looking into asap

Clearly have tried all the 'off' and back 'on' methods. There is more to this.
