Sky remote issue
When I upgraded sky recently, the engineer didn't leave a remote for the upstairs box that was installed therefore I cannot use sky in my bedroom

You need to contact Sky then. You can Pair your main remote to the mini upstairs but it can only be paired to one box at a time.

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.
