Sky + red button

I am watching the rugby league on sky+ red button but have no sound. Same last week. Am I missing a setting?

Do you have Sky Q, Glass or Stream or are you watching this on a mobile device ?

I have sky Q ( main box) currently watching on main tv and listening through app on phone. I did change setting on box to Dolby atmos recently but it works fine on main channels ?

There's not a lot of Atmos content. Try setting it back to DD or stereo and see what happens.
