Sky q
Musky q box is repeatedly freezing up, approx 6 times today but has been doing this on a regular basis. It's now saying we have a hard disk fault so we can only get live tv, not recorded and not recording.

Try following this link. It should lead to a replacement box if needed https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-drive-errors
If you do need a new box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box and accept a new power cable if DPD bring one..
