Sky q

Hi sky has offered to upgrade my sky plus box to sky q free would they install a new dish as my old one is faulty and needs moved away from trees

Yes they would install a new dish if needed - you may, also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q   SKY +/HD to SKY Q  which mention this

@123212 yes they would as long as they are able to find someplace to site the dish so it gets a satellite signal
