Sky q

I joined sky 3 years ago with there sky q and broadband at a price of £25 pound within that time they without warning increased to over £100 I'm so so glad that my contract ends April next month never again will I trust a badly run service that seems to RIP of customers for there own gain.

So in those three years you'll have had 2 annual price increases which you're notified about via letter or email in the weeks leading up to them. You'll have also had one occasion where the 18 month discounted term ends and unless you renegotiate a new discount you'll end up paying full price. Sky notify you when this deal will end when you take it out.
