There is no restriction on taking out a Sky Q subscription but Sky might be actively pushing the Glass and Stream products.

Hi @SDCElwick
SKY Q is still available but it does seem more difficult to access on the website
Using a browser on a PC as a new user I went to SKY .com
Then I get a 3 bar menu on the top left of the window - Select this
Don't just click the TV option itself but make sure you use the drop down expand arrow on the right of the TV entry - you should now get 4 options - Stream, Glass, SKY Q & TV & broadband
I was able to select SKY Q from there
EDIT: That all said we do generally advise people to brave the phones as often the better deals are available that way
