Sky q

Sky Q box isn't working you sent a replacement out, but no one was in when they delivered and they didn't give us any delivery option times so they have sent it back to you

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

@Scottcufc 

As @oldfella has advised, you'll have to contact Sky for another delivery. If this is via DPD and a doorstep swap, don't forget to remove your viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of a van.
